An arrest situation yesterday ended up with some Evansville police officers being hurt.
It all started when officers were told that Jamel Shuler had stolen a car and parked it close to St. Joe and Columbia.
When police got there, Shuler began punching and kicking at two officers, scoring a couple of hits.
That’s when he started talking about killing the two cops when he got the chance.
He’s in jail without bond.
