The former Owensboro Public Schools Superintendent accused of sexually exploiting children has changed his plea to guilty.
53-year-old Matthew Constant was indicted by a federal grand jury in August.
His charges include online enticement of a minor, receipt of child pornography, sexual exploitation of a minor, and transferring obscene material to a minor.
Constant is scheduled to be sentenced in May and will stay in custody until then.
