Friends of Daviess County Animal Care and Control has issued an important message for pet parents.
Pets that received a chip from “Save This Life Microchip” will have to re-register because the company has shut down.
Compatible companies are Home Again, Avid, AKC, and 24PetWatch.
Make sure to go with a company that has real people answering the phone and keeps track of who they sold the chip to.
