Gibbs Die Casting Corporation has been purchased by Architect Equity a private firm in California.
Gibbs is headquartered in Henderson and has over 800 members at its main campus.
They are the leading manufacturer of precision die-casted, machined, and assembled products for the automotive and industrial markets.
The new owners will maintain operations in Henderson and will retain the existing leadership team.
