An Evansville woman has been charged with four counts of child neglect.
27-year-old Taylor Tapley was not responding when her child tried to wake her up.
When officers arrived at the home, Tapley had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and smelled like alcohol.
Officers say she blew a BAC of 0.19.
She is being held in the Vanderburgh County Jail without bond.
