Former County Commissioner’s Trial Scheduled For July

The trial for former Warrick County Commissioner Marlin Weisheit is set for early July.

He’s accused of using an unauthorized signature to move thousands of dollars from the county health department.

Commissioners call it an administrative error.

Weisheit will face a bench trial, meaning it will be heard and decided by a judge rather than a jury.
