An Evansville man, out for a midnight snack ends up behind bars following an arrest at a Taco Bell.
33-year-old Codie Draper was found behind the wheel in the drive-thru when officers asked if he was alright.
He told them he had taken a couple of shots of vodka before he decided to get food.
Six mini bottles of alcohol were found in his pants pocket with more in the center console.
Draper was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a vehicle with a BAC of point 1-5 or more.
He has since been released.
