Emergency crews in Chandler were sent to an accident involving a pedestrian.
It happened before 8:30 Tuesday night.
The 9-1-1 caller said a car had clipped a pedestrian who was knocked unconscious.
The woman was rushed to the hospital with a severe head injury.
Her condition is not known at this time.
