Evansville Police were called to the Family Dollar on Lodge Avenue for a hold up.
It happened just before the store closed Monday night.
Witnesses said that a man wearing all black came into the store and repeatedly asked the cashier if they liked their job and asked for money.
The suspect also told the employee that he might die tonight.
EPD used a drone and K-9’s to hunt down the suspect.
So far, no arrests has been made.
