The man who killed two people and injured three others at Henderson’s Harbor House Christian Men’s Center two years ago has been sentenced.
Kenneth Gibbs was sentenced Tuesday to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
That was for the deaths of Chad Holmes and Stephen Wathen and the attempted murder of three others in August of 2022.
Commonwealth Attorney Herbert McKee said he was going to ask for the death penalty but changed his mind after speaking to the victims’ families.
