Another area student has been arrested after reportedly making a threat.
The latest case involved a McGary Middle School student arrested Sunday after allegedly posting threatening messages over the weekend on social media.
EVSC officials say the student will face appropriate disciplinary action.
Law enforcement officials determined the student was attempting to interrupt the normal school day, but did not intend actual harm.
Last week two other students were arrested for making threats.
One at Fort Branch Community School and another at Owensboro High School.
