Perry County deputies are putting on extra patrols in the area of Rainbow Lake.
The increased enforcement effort comes in response to three people being shot on July 27th at the lake.
There were five possession arrests over the weekend and two for drunk driving.
Along with that, there were 18 minor consumption citations.
Deputies say if someone shows up in the lake area with the intent of using drugs or underage drinking they will promptly be cited or arrested.
