An Evansville man was arrested earlier this week after leaving his cell phone behind.
In May EPD was called to a home under construction on East Delaware Street.
A worker told officers that he noticed a back window was broken and a cell phone was found in one of the rooms.
Several tools and a speaker were also gone.
Detectives were able to find two accounts connected to Bobby Owen Wright.
The phone showed conversations about selling stolen tools on Facebook Marketplace.
Wright is charged with burglary, theft, criminal mischief, and possession of paraphernalia.
