A woman who already had a warrant for child neglect is now facing new charges.
Officers spotted a stolen U-Haul van near Highway 41 and the Lloyd late Sunday night.
When pulled over, officers saw that none of her 3 children were buckled or had car seats.
Police say they spotted a bag of meth in the van next to the children.
The van was stolen out of Glasgow, Kentucky, and Melissa Hargrave had a child neglect warrant out of Warrick County.
Hargrave faces several charges including d three more counts of child neglect.
