National Weather Service investigators have confirmed a seventh tornado from last week’s storms.
An EF-1 sent residents scurrying for shelter south of Francisco in eastern Gibson County.
The twister cut a swath 40 yards wide with maximum winds of 105 miles per hour.
It was one of seven tornadoes that caused widespread damage in the Tri-state, but no serious injuries or deaths on July 9th.
