The Owensboro Police Department has called off the search for 8-year-old Kataya Moorman.
She was located along with her grandmother Sarah Lutteral in McLean County.
Luttrell has no custodial rights over the girl and has been charged with custodial interference before.
Luttrell is accused of taking her granddaughter around noon on Tuesday.
The child has been safely returned to her parents.
There have been no arrests at this time.
