A man living at the home of missing Miya Rudd was arrested Thursday on drug charges.
Brodie Payne is charged with trafficking drugs, engaging in organized crime, possession of paraphernalia, and wanton endangerment.
Payne was served by the Kentucky State Police at the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro.
Payne is accused of using the United States Postal Service to facilitate his drug trafficking operations.
A Special Investigations Unit began keeping tabs on Payne months before Miya’s disappearance.
