The Owensboro Police Department is searching for a mother and her daughter who went missing on Thursday.
17-year-old Delia Hernandez-Perez has brown hair and eyes, 5 feet tall and 120 pounds.
Also missing is her 2-year-old daughter Rubi Hernandez-Perez.
