A Sullivan County couple was arrested and charged with neglect of a dependent.
An investigation revealed that 29-year-old Katelynn Stranger and 33 year old Rai Stranger allegedly had not provided proper care for a child under their supervision.
The Sullivan County Prosecutor’s Office issued both individuals an arrest warrant on May 16.
They are both on $8,000 bond each in the Sullivan County Jail.
