There’s a development in a decades-old cold case of a missing Tri-State woman.
A different agency is now looking into Heather Teague’s disappearance.
She went missing from Newburgh Beach in Henderson County nearly 29 years ago and her mother, Sarah, has never stopped searching for answers.
The Special Prosecutions Division of the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office will go over Kentucky State Police’s investigation and will handle any possible prosecution in the case.
