A New Harmony man was sentenced in a Posey County courtroom on Thursday.
42-year-old Jeffrey Osborne Jr. will spend the next 4 years behind bars followed by 4 years on Posey County Community Corrections.
As part of Osborne’s guilty plea, he admitted to fleeing from officers in a vehicle and driving recklessly.
He also admitted that he is classified as a habitual offender under Indiana law due to prior felony convictions.
They include dealing meth, strangulation, possession of controlled substances, and domestic battery.
