Evansville Police Officers were dispatched to a shots fired call just after 6:00 PM on Saturday.
The incident happened at the intersection of Washington and Evans Avenue.
Investigators were told that an adult male had discharged his firearm at two subjects who were at his residence.
They were making threats and were also armed with guns.
It was later learned by officers that an adult male arrived at the hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg.
It was determined that his injury was connected to the earlier shooting.
No arrests have been made at this time.
