A woman facing trial in the death of a special needs patient has agreed to a plea deal.
Latavia Booker was scheduled for trial on March 11th but now that won’t happen.
She, along with Glenda Fields and Victoria Brown, were arrested in 2022 for the death of Robin Phillips that occurred in 2020.
The trio were, at that time, employees of Compass Residential, a human services agency.
Fields and Brown will go to trial later.
