Evansville Police interviewed a young victim who claimed he had a sexual relationship with an adult man.
The victim and suspect Kyle Wagner of St. John, IN met on TikTok.
The victim was 14 at the time and Wagner was 22.
The victim says he met with him several times over several months for sex.
Police found photos of the sexual activity on the victim’s phone.
Wagner is charged with sexual misconduct with a minor.
