An Evansville woman is facing charges in Gibson County after being pulled over for speeding.
45-year-old Sherrie Weil was driving on Highway 41 near County Road 1250 South in Haubstadt.
When the Deputy approached the vehicle he detected clues that Weil was under the influence.
She was placed into custody after a roadside DUI investigation.
She is charged with possession of a scheduled drug, possession of marijuana, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
