Accused Rapist Has His Bond Increased

Bond for a Gibson County man accused of trying to rape an 87-year-old dementia patient has been increased to $50,000 cash.

Gibson County Prosecutor Michael Cochren says the motion was made during Jeffrey Harvey’s initial hearing.

Princeton Police claim Harvey, the former floor technician at RiverOaks Health Campus, tried to rape the woman on January 22.

Court documents state that Harvey admitted to doing wrong, but claims the victim gave consent.
