A sale is pending on the 96-year-old Wolf’s Barbecue on North First Avenue in Evansville.
A closure could be imminent for a place that began serving meals in 1927.
The property is listed at just under one million dollars.
Meanwhile, The Landing in Newburgh will close on December 30.
The owners say the closure is due to circumstances beyond their control.
Vanderburgh County’s St. Joe Inn has had several owners over three years and may soon have another one as the property is up for sale.
The listed purchase price is just under $600,000.
