Governor Andy Bashear’s Kentucky re-opening plan allows retail establishments to do business starting today, but with a laundry list of requirements.
Among them is a rule limiting customers to 33 percent of capacity.
Other rules have to do with frequent deep cleaning.
Retail stores in Kentucky have been closed for about two months.
