Delphi murder suspect Richard Allen is due in court next week.
He faces two counts of murder in connection with the 2017 deaths of Abby Williams and Libby German.
Defense and prosecution attorneys have been ordered to adjust their schedules to appear at a status hearing next Thursday.
Transport orders have been cut to move the suspect from the Westville Correctional Facility to the Allen County Courthouse.
