Monday night, the Washington County Sheriff’s Department requested assistance with a violent head-on crash east of Salem, Indiana.
The initial investigation reveals that a Dodge Avenger, driven by 26-year-old Brandee Henson, was westbound on SR 60.
She then crossed over the center line and collided head-on with 23-year-old Josey Moore-Hicks.
Both vehicles left the roadway and caught fire.
Nearby residents heard the crash and removed all occupants.
An air ambulance transported a driver and two juveniles to the hospital.
Their conditions are listed as serious.
