Former Owensboro Public Schools superintendent Doctor Matthew Constant has been arrested.
He is charged with sexual solicitation of minors.
The 51-year-old Constant is also charged with tampering with evidence.
Kentucky State Police say the investigation reaches into other states, and more charges are likely.
Constant was booked into the Daviess County Jail at about 4:30 Thursday afternoon.
The bond has been set at $35 thousand cash.
