Deputies from the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office attempted to serve a warrant to 39-year-old Amanda Hardiman of Evansville on Wednesday.
Once on the scene, deputies observed illegal drugs in plain view at the same time Hardiman was pulling into the driveway.
She was placed into custody after the truck she was driving was found to be stolen.
Hardiman was taken to jail and charged with possession of meth and syringes, auto theft, and driving while suspended.
She has since been released.
