Evansville police responded to the 1700 block of South Elliot Street shortly before 11 o’clock Monday night.
There, they discovered a person who had been shot.
That person is expected to recover.
No names have been released.
According to investigators, people involved are not cooperating saying they don’t know who shot the victim.
