Mt. Vernon Police arrested three people Wednesday after they were spotted loading items into a pickup truck.
They are 25 year old Haley Overton, 43 year old Michael Pfister and 51 year old Thomas Smith.
Overton climbed through a second story window to let Smith inside the apartment.
The tenants were recently evicted.
Overton and Smith are charged with burglary and breaking and entering.
Pfister was arrested for possession of meth.
