It’s been three years since Elijah Parchman was found guilty of shooting down 32 year old Bobby Minor outside the Virginia Food Market.
Another person was injured in that encounter.
A jury convicted Parchman in 2020 but that was overturned by the Vanderburgh Circuit Court.
An appeals court sent the case back to the county court in 2022.
Parchman has finally been sentenced to 51 years behind bars including a five year enhancement for using a firearm.
