Organizers with the Great Race, an annual antique car race, just announced next year’s race will start in Owensboro.
120 cars made in 1974 or earlier will race from the Tri-State to Gardiner, Maine.
Racers from across the world are judged on driving the exact route at the required speed.
The Tri-State last hosted the race in 2021.
This year, the Great Race participants will be racing from Saint Augustine, Florida, to Colorado Springs, Colorado.
