An 18 year old suspect who is reportedly recovering from a self-inflicted gunshot wound now faces charges of murder, attempted murder and residential burglary.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Austin Ousley.
Vanderburgh sheriff’s deputies say Ousley and at 17-year-old were confronted in a Cypress Dale Road home by Chad and Shawn Wildt.
That’s when the shooting started.
Shawn was killed in the gunfire while Chad was injured critically.
Ousley has permanent brain damage after shooting himself in the head.
