A Jasper woman could go to prison for 30 years after allegedly embezzling more than $150,000 from a non-profit healthcare organization.
60 year Michele Rose was indicted by a federal grand jury this week on twelve counts of wire fraud and twelve counts of forging checks.
Rose served as their Medical Staff Coordinator for many years.
From March 2011 to December 2020, she is accused of writing 165 fraudulent checks to herself for reimbursement of purchases she never made.
