A man was arrested overnight and charged with a crash that happened a week ago.
38 year old Jeffrey Courter is accused of driving drunk causing a head on collision on the Ray Becker Parkway.
Three people were taken to the hospital for their injuries.
Courter admitted to police that he had been drinking that day.
He is charged with operating while intoxicated resulting in serious bodily injury and driving on a suspended license.
His blood alcohol was three times the legal limit.
