Your gift at a Salvation Army red kettle will go a lot farther in these few days before Christmas.
All the donations made to the Red Kettle in Vanderburgh and Warrick Counties will be matched by an anonymous gift of $20,000
That matching goes on now through Christmas Eve.
The matching makes for a grand total of $40-thousand, to be used by the organization for vital services in the community next year.
