An Evansville woman has been charged with over 30 counts of fraud and 18 counts of forgery.
35 year old Ashley Coomes allegedly wrote herself phony checks from the victim’s bank account.
Coomes and the victim knew each other.
She is accused of doing this several times over the past year.
Coomes was booked into the Vanderburgh County jail and was released on a $1500 bond.
