Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation board member Amy Word is due in court today.
Word is facing a charge of maintaining a common nuisance.
She is the owner of the Lamasco Bar.
Word was arrested last July during a group of drug arrests in the area of her bar on West Franklin Street.
Word has been on leave from the school board since shortly after her arrest.
