On October 7, 2022, the Warrick County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a robbery and criminal
confinement that had occurred at a residence on Epworth Road in Warrick County the previous day.
Detectives from the Warrick County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation and secured arrest
warrants for six suspects.
On Wednesday, Warrick County Sheriff’s Office detectives and the Sheriff’s Special Detail Unit teamed
up with the United States Marshal’s Service, and the Indiana State Police to conduct the roundup of
suspects wanted for the crimes. While executing the arrest warrants, officers seized a firearm,
approximately 32 grams methamphetamine and over a pound of marijuana.
Those charged include:
Carrie Kraemer- Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury (a Level 2 Felony), Battery Resulting
in Serious Bodily Injury (a Level 5 Felony), Intimidation (a Level 5 Felony), Theft (a class A
Misdemeanor) and Possession of Marijuana (a class A Misdemeanor).
Emory Vandunk- Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury (a Level 2 Felony), Armed Robbery (a
Level 3 Felony), Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury (a Level 5 Felony), Intimidation (a Level
5 Felony), Strangulation (a Level 6 Felony), Theft (a class A Misdemeanor) and Possession of
Marijuana (a class A Misdemeanor).
Kevin Martin- Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury (a Level 2 Felony), Armed Robbery (a
Level 3 Felony), Possession of Methamphetamine (a Level 3 Felony), Battery Resulting in Serious
Bodily Injury (a Level 5 Felony), Intimidation (a Level 5 Felony) and Pointing a Firearm (a Level 6
Felony).
Sierra Weathers- Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury (a Level 2 Felony) and Battery
Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury (a Level 5 Felony).
Heather Phillips- Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury (a Level 2 Felony), and Battery
Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury (a Level 5 Felony).
Authorities are still searching for Joshua Roettger, wanted for Robbery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury
(a Level 2 Felony), Armed Robbery (a Level 3 Felony), Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury (a Level 5 Felony) and Intimidation (a Level 5 Felony). Anyone with information on his whereabouts should be
