Lines stretched around the building at the Old National Events Plaza yesterday, the last day to vote early.
That may sound good, but as of noon on Saturday only 16,000 people had cast their ballot early.
That’s down since the 2018 mid-terms and the 2020 Presidential election.
Candidates are counting on Monday and today’s votes to make up for it.
The big races in Vanderburgh County are Noah Robinson and Jeff Hales for sheriff and Jon Schaefer and Diana Moers for prosecutor.
