The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Kickoff is Friday at 8:30AM at the Salvation Army Gym on Fulton.
There is a new twist on the tradition this year.
They’re encouraging and challenging local businesses and individuals to volunteer.
They have a goal of raising $310,000 over the Holiday season.
The money collected will be used to support The Salvation Army’s “Toy Town” Christmas program.
Also, social service programs throughout the year for those in need.
