A jury came back with a partial verdict for Robert Garner around noon on Monday.
Garner was found not guilty of murder and manslaughter, but guilty of operating under the influence.
The charge of reckless homicide went without a verdict.
Garner was on trial for the death of 21 year old Cody Glover.
He was a passenger in Garner’s vehicle while he was driving drunk and crashed into a lake in 2017.
Doctors say Glover’s cause of death was from drowning.
A pretrial conference is set for November 4 at 10 a.m.
