A man wanted by authorities was spotted coming out of his house Wednesday around noon on Judson Avenue.
Officers saw 31 year old Mykale Davis get in a car and drive away.
They followed him and attempted to make a felony stop on Kentucky and Covert Avenue.
Davis lead police on a chase that ended in an alley.
The suspect left the moving car and took off on foot.
A K-9 was used to track him, which he hit across the head while being apprehended.
He was arrested and is facing several charges including striking a law enforcement animal.
