One person was taken to the hospital Saturday afternoon complaining of back pain after the METS bus they were on was involved in a hit-and-run incident.
It happened about 2pm at Garvin and Washington Avenue.
The bus driver told investigators she was at the Garvin Street stop, in the right lane.
She says a black SUV in the left lane made a right turn in front of the bus.
She says she slammed on her breaks but the SUV hit the bus.
The SUV stopped on Garvin Street but then took off down the alley.
No arrests have been made.
