The westbound lanes of the Lloyd Expressway between Burkhardt Road and Fielding were closed for several hours Sunday night after a motorcycle and a truck collided.
EPD says the motorcycle was traveling at an extreme speed while approaching Brentwood Drive when it hit a truck turning onto the Expressway.
The driver of the motorcycle was transported to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
