The wife of fallen Evansville firefighter Robert Doerr will appear in court at 10:00 this morning.
Elizabeth Fox-Doerr is charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder in the death of her husband that happened three years ago.
Police say she was having an affair with her sister’s fiancee Larry Richmond Sr.
Richmond is accused of shooting Doerr as he returned home from work.
The court entered a preliminary plea of not guilty at her last court appearance.
